John told me I didn't need service to my tires and they rode very well; no need to spend the money on a service that wasn't needed. He said it would cost $75 for a temporary fix but he recommended replacing, so I bought another tire online. [...] Thomas did such great work that it was not a temp fix at all and basically let me know the other place did not know what they were talking about.
