The owner John is very knowledgeable and the whole staff is friendly. I came for an oil change and to have my tires serviced (rotation, alignment and balance) because I thought they needed it. John told me I didn't need service to my tires and they rode very well; no need to spend the money on a service that wasn't needed. We all know many establishments would try to push a service for a dollar so his honesty is appreciated. Reasonable pricing and great service. Highly recommend! Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

They did a great job of stopping the noise from my car. They checked and rechecked everything to ensure it was safe and drivable. Did not feel like they were hustling and trying to run my bill up. They did an awesome job. I definitely recommend their services.Services: Wheel alignment, Steering & suspension repair

I dropped by here today as my brakes were making an excruciating sound. They were able to take me in as a drop in and was out soon enough to continue to my brunch. I was able to also get my headlights changed as well. Friendly staff and would recommend taking the drive from va where I reside. Thanks again guys! Services: Battery, Brakes

Since 2003 I have entrusted all my vehicular repairs and maintenance to John and his team at Glenn Dale, Tire, Auto & Roadside Assist. In that time I have referred my family and friends to this shop. You are in safe and steady hands with John.

I came in for an oil change and to get some of my lights changed on my vehicle and they were very busy but they communicated very well with me about when they would have time I highly recommend being any of your vehicles here. The owners are wonderful and honest so that’s alway a plus.

Very knowledgeable HONEST people. Saved me over 2K based on a quote I would have received from another shop. Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Electrical

I had slow leak from a nail puncture and I was told by another tire shop that run flat tires could not be fully patched. He said it would cost $75 for a temporary fix but he recommended replacing, so I bought another tire online. [...] Thomas did such great work that it was not a temp fix at all and basically let me know the other place did not know what they were talking about. I have had no issues with the tire and its been over 3 months. He also said the repair came with a lifetime warranty so this place is all good in my book. Highly recommend. Service: Tires
